I can’t believe I have not put a review on yet. I am truly embarrassed. I’ve been a loyal customer at ILashes for just shy of three years. They produce their own products, own lashes, glues down to tailoring your lashes to suit your eye shape/ needs. I love seeing Irene especially. She’s not only my technician, she’s also a great life mentor and an amazing friend. Our chats extend from food, travel, business, relationship, investments down to our new found addiction to collection Qantas points. She’s so well rounded with such an admirable brain and mind. She’s one of those people that makes you instantly feel relaxed. If you are looking for a lash technician, STOP. This is the place. You will walk out with springs in your steps, happier soul and most important of all, a gorgeous pair of lashes that will make you feel a million dollars.

I have had my lashes done at a lot of places and while I wanted to love this place, I couldn’t. My lashes were done by Maria who was nice but her technique was not up to standard. My eyes stung the whole time as she was not tapping off the excess glue and it was running into my eyes with every lash. Also she didn’t put any sort of towel or paper on my forehead in case she had to touch/lean on my forehead. This is done at every other place I have been. She also touched my eyes, lashes and face consistently throughout the appointment with her bare hands. Including to separate the lashes and not using a tweezer or other tool. Very unprofessional and I felt so uncomfortable. My eyes were sensitive for hours after and have woken up this morning with an infection building. The chemist has given me eye drops to treat.

Irene and her team are absolute professionals who genuinely care about the quality of their work. I tried a few other places since I stopped working in the city but have never found anyone has good as the I-Lash team. It’s not just their workmanship, but the space is so well kept - always so clean and comfortable, I fall asleep every time I visit. ❤️

Wish I could give them 10 stars! All staff are lovely and make you feel welcome as well as always taking the time to explain what your options are and answer any questions. Quality of their work is so professional. I’ve managed to get last minute appointments when needed and it’s so easy to book online. I Wouldn’t go anywhere else. because ilash is my only good choice
